We would like to introduce to you our new award-winning Executive Chef, Scott Goard.  With over 22 years (14 years right here in his hometown Canton) of impeccable experience in the culinary arts, Goard attended the Johnson & Whales University in Rhode Island.  A recipient of five, 5-Star reviews, Goard has been a featured chef in four culinary magazines and our very own Canton Repository.  He is well known and respected in the  local restaurant scene.

The Sparta family has embraced Goard's vision of infusing fresh takes on classical Greek, Italian, and other international cuisine, to compliment over 60 years of traditional Sparta Steakhouse award-winning steaks, drinks, and top-tier dinning experiences. Goard will be leading our stellar kitchen staff, that has over 70 years of combined experience, in providing you with culinary adventures beyond imagination.  Every week Goard and his team vow to energize and excite your senses with new and exciting offerings.  To everyone familiar with Goard's exceptional talent, he has assured us that his rich, decadent, second-to-none risotto will be making its appearance.  Yummy!
